This policy explains how Kid Powered Marketing ("we," "us," "our") handles information collected through kidpoweredmarketing.com and the Kid Powered Marketing program (the "Service"). Kid Powered Marketing is a parent-supervised educational program.

We collect information you give us as a parent, and limited technical information collected automatically.

• Parent-provided: parent name, email, optional phone, business type, and optional child age range; consent confirmation; and, for Done-For-You clients, business details you submit through our intake form.
• Payment: processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited billing details — we do not store full card numbers.
• Automatic: standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.

We do not ask for a child's full name, email, phone, school, address, or social profiles, and we ask that you do not submit them.

3How we use information

• To provide the course, deliver access, and run any Done-For-You service you purchase.
• To process payments and send transactional messages (receipts, access links, support replies).
• To respond to questions and provide customer support.
• To send updates or marketing where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to meet legal obligations.

• Service providers that run the Service on our behalf — for example our website/CRM platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor, and email delivery — under agreements that limit their use of it.
