Kid Powered Marketing

Terms of Use

Effective July 1, 2026

Plain-language summary. Kid Powered Marketing is a parent-supervised educational program. A parent or guardian purchases access, supervises the child, and stays in charge of all business accounts, publishing, payments, and customer communication. These Terms are the full agreement — please read them before using the site or course.

1Who these Terms apply to

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at kidpoweredmarketing.com and the Kid Powered Marketing course and materials (together, the "Service"), operated by Kid Powered Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you ("you," "the parent") agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the materials. Children do not create accounts, make purchases, or agree to these Terms — a parent does so on their behalf and supervises their use throughout.

2What the program is

Kid Powered Marketing teaches children ages 11–16 to help a family business with organic social media marketing, under parent supervision. Our mantra is simple: kids create; parents publish and protect.

  • Children create drafts, ideas, captions, photo lists, scripts, and practice campaigns.
  • Parents review, approve, and publish everything, and manage all accounts, logins, payments, analytics, leads, and customer or stranger communication.
  • The program is educational. It is not a certification, a job-placement program, a kid-run marketing agency, a paid-ads course, or a promise of any business result.

3Parent responsibilities & the safety model

The safety model is a condition of using the Service. As the supervising parent, you agree that:

  • You control all accounts, logins, payments, posting, analytics, leads, and customer communication.
  • You review and approve every piece of content before it is published anywhere.
  • Children never collect customer information, respond to strangers' messages or comments, handle complaints, or manage leads.
  • Children never publish personal information (location, school, schedule, phone, email, address).
  • Children do not manage ad accounts, ad budgets, payment processing, or account ownership.
  • You are responsible for compliance with the terms and age rules of any third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) you use.

4License to use the materials

On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course and materials for use by your own family and family business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or reproduce the materials, or use them to build a competing product.

5Purchases, subscriptions & refunds

The course is a one-time purchase. Done-For-You services are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions until cancelled; you may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices and any refund policy are as stated at checkout at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card details.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is false, misleading, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful, or that makes income, results, or guaranteed-outcome claims. Marketing produced through the program should be honest and helpful — never spam, pressure, or manipulation.

7Intellectual property

All course content, page designs, text, graphics, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Content that you or your child create using the program (drafts, captions, campaigns) belongs to you.

8No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of any marketing, sales, traffic, follower, or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, effort, and platform behavior. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or tax advice.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10Third-party platforms & links

The Service references and may link to third-party platforms and websites we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for following them, including their minimum-age requirements.

11Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state.
